1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a WireHost account, purchasing a hosting package, or otherwise accessing or using the WireHost platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About WireHost

WireHost is a web hosting service operated by Wireframe Web Solution, a digital infrastructure and web engineering company registered in the Republic of Ghana. Your hosting account, control panel, email, and database services are provisioned on WireHost servers and managed through Webuzo control systems.

3. Description of Services

WireHost provides shared and reseller web hosting, including but not limited to website hosting, email inboxes, MySQL databases, SSL certificates, domain name routing, and the Webuzo end-user control panel. Specific resource limits, features, and pricing are defined by the package you select and displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• You may not register multiple free or trial accounts to circumvent resource limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), mail bombing, or any abusive email practices.
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal, infringing, or malicious content, including malware, phishing pages, or pirated material.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any server, system, or account, or interfering with other customers' services.
• Engaging in resource abuse, including running cryptocurrency miners, DDoS attacks, or processes that degrade server performance.
• Using the Service to violate the laws of the Republic of Ghana or any applicable international law.

6. Billing, Payments & Refunds

• All fees are due in advance, charged monthly, yearly, or for multi-year terms as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed through third-party gateways including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase of a hosting package, less any fees for domain registrations, which are non-refundable once registered.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 14 days may be terminated.

7. Domain Registration

Where a free or discounted domain is included in your package, domain registration fees are paid by WireHost on your behalf for the initial term. Domains remain the property of the registrant (you) and are renewable at the prevailing rates. Please ensure your registrant contact details are accurate, as they are required for domain ownership and transfer.

8. Backups & Data

WireHost performs automated backups of hosting data as a courtesy. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all content, databases, and emails hosted on our servers. We do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backups and are not liable for any loss of data. Account data may be permanently deleted following account termination.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur. Our liability for any service interruption shall be limited to a service credit at our discretion.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay amounts due. On termination, you remain responsible for all fees accrued up to the date of termination, and your data may be permanently removed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials owned by WireHost and Wireframe Web Solution remain our property. You retain full ownership of the content you upload to your hosting account. Webuzo control systems and related software are the property of their respective owners and are licensed for your use under their terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WireHost and Wireframe Web Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
